8. ETHICS NORMS; LEGAL REGULATIONS

17. APPLICABLE LAWS

These Conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, excluding provisions that conflict with it.

The user and infodobanzi.ro agree to comply exclusively with the jurisdiction of the courts of the Romanian State.

If any of the provisions of these Service Conditions is declared, by a competent court, to be in contradiction with the law, then the respective provisions will be construed, as soon as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in force.

The titles of the articles in these Service Conditions are for exemplification only and have no legal or contractual significance.
